Friends Are Friends Forever

Friends Are Friends Forever
Mark 2:1-12

The house was full, a crowd blocked the door, but faith found a way of getting to Jesus. This man had the best friends one could imagine, because they did everything possible to bring him to the Lord. If we cannot get ourselves and our friends to where Jesus is by ordinary methods, we must use extraordinary ones. In this story a large portion of the roof had to be removed, which would make dust and cause a measure of danger to those below, but where the case is very urgent we must not mind running some risks and shocking a few folks. Oh, that we all have this kind of faith and this kind of friends! Can we not seek this for ourselves and for our friends this morning, and try to-day to perform some gallant act for the love of others and the glory of the Lord.
